Troubleshooting

  • If an import fails, try again on a stable connection.
  • Try a different link source (open in browser and re-share).
  • Make sure you’re on the latest app version.
  • If you’re stuck, send us the link and a screenshot of the error.

Billing & subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google. To change your plan or cancel, use your store’s subscription settings.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and include your store receipt.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in-app (recommended) or follow the steps on the Account Deletion page.
